• Always clean: Our cleaning service comes by once a week, or more often if you wish.

Our monthly rates are understood as buttocal cold rents , including the statutory VAT.
Bookable only from a period of two months
Advance rent payment (per month)
Deposit at the beginning of the rental period (1st rent)
The monthly service charge of EUR 200 gross is charged in addition to the basic rent.
